Ingredients:
- Bread slices 2
- Aloo (Potatoes) boiled ½ kg
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Rafhan cornflour 3-4 tbs
- Rafhan corn oil for frying
Directions:
In chopper,add bread slices,chop well & set aside.
In bowl,grate potatoes with the help of the garter.
Now add grinded bread,white pepper powder,black pepper powder,chicken powder,salt,cornflour and mix until well combined.
Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make a dough.
Take a small dough,grease working surface with oil and spread small dough with the help of the hands.
Cut into round shape with the help of the cutter,dip straw in cornflour and make eyes by using straw and use spoon to make a smile & refrigerator for 30 minutes (makes 19-20).
In wok,add corn oil,heat it and fry potato smileys on medium flame until golden brown.

Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ko la ker dough bana lein.
Chota dough lein aur working surface ko oil sa grease ker lein aur small dough ko pheela lein.
Cutter ki madad sa round shape mein cut ker lein,starw ko cornflour mein dip karein aur straw ki madad sa eyes aur spoon ki madad sa smile bana lein & 30 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein (makes 19-20).
Karhai mein corn oil dal ker garam karein aur potato smileys ko darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
