Prepare Chocolate Ganache:

  • Dark chocolate chopped 100g
  • Olper’s cream 50ml

Prepare Crust:

  • Caramelized biscuits or Biscuits of your choice 300g
  • Makhan (Butter) melted 70g

Prepare Olper’s Whipped Cream Layer:

  • Ice cubes as required
  • Olper’s cream chilled 500ml
  • Icing sugar ½ Cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Prepare Cream Cheese Layer:

  • Cream cheese 200ml
  • Icing sugar ½ Cup
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
  • Banana 3 or as required
  • Pineapple chunks 1 Cup or as required
  • Akhrot (Walnuts) chopped as required


Prepare Chocolate Ganache:

In a bowl,add dark chocolate,cream & microwave for 1 minute then mix well & transfer to a squeeze bottle.

Prepare Crust:

In a chopper,add caramelized biscuits & process until finely crushed.

Add butter & process until well combined.

In a serving dish,add add crumble mixture & press firmly to create an even layer and refrigerate until set (30 minutes).

Prepare Olper’s Whipped Cream Layer:

In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream & beat well.

Add icing sugar,vanilla essence & beat until soft peaks form & set aside.

Prepare Cream Cheese Layer:

In another bowl,add cream cheese,icing sugar,vanilla essence & beat well.

Add 1/3rd portion of whipped cream in mixture & beat until well combined & transfer to a piping bag.

Transfer remaining whipped cream to a piping bag & set aside for later use.


On serving dish,add & spread prepared cream cheese layer.

Cut thin slices of banana.

Add banana slices,pineapple chunks,olper’s whipped cream layer & refrigerate until chilled (2-3 hours).

Decorate with prepared chocolate ganache,walnuts & cherry.

Serve chilled!
