Ingredients:
- Beef qeema ½ kg
- Kachri powder 1 tbs
- Corinader powder 1 tsp
- Whole spice powder 1 & ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
- Cumin (roasted) 1 tbs
- Black cardamom 3 (crushed)
- Salt ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
- Black salt ½ tsp
- Red chili powder 1 & ½ tsp
- Ghee 3-4 tbs
- Onion 2 (sliced)
- Water ½ cup or as required
- Yogurt 3-4 tbs
- Coal 1 piece
Directions:
In food chopper,add beef qeema,kachri powder,coriander powder,whole spice powder,ginger garlic paste,cumin(roasted),black cardamom(crushed),salt,turmeric powder,black salt and red chili powder and blend until well combined,take out and marinate for overnight or 4-5 hours.
Heat ghee in a pot,add onion and fry until golden.
Add beef qeema mixture and mix it
Add water and mix it, cover and cook on low flame for 20-25 mins until oil separates.
Now add yogurt,mix and cook for 5 minutes.
Give a coal smoke for 4-5 minutes.
-Garnish with onion,green chili,ginger,lemon and green coriander.

- Adrak lehsan paste 1tbs
- Zeera (roasted) 1tbs
- Badi elaichi 3 (crushed)
- Namak ½ tsp
- Haldee powder ¼ tsp
- Kala namak ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder 1 & ½ tsp
- Ghee 3-4 tbs
- Pyaz 2 (sliced)
- Paani ½ cup or hasb e zaroorat
- Dahi 3-4 tbs
- Koyla 1 piece
Directions:
Food chopper mein beef qeema,kachri powder,dhania powder,garam masala powder,adral lehsan paste,zerera (roasted),badi elaichi (crushed),namak,haldee powder,kala namak aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein,marinate ker lein overnight ya 4-5 hours kliya.
Patili mein ghee garam karein,pyaz dal ker sunhairi hunay tak fry ker lein.
Beef qeema ka mixture dal ker mix ker lein.
Paani shamil karein,mix ker k dhak ker oil alag hunat tak 20-25mins kliya paka lein.
Ab dahi shamil ker k mix karein aur 5mins taka paka lein.
Koyla ka dhuwa dein 4-5 minutes kliya.
Pyaz,hari mirch,adrak,lemmo aur hara dhania dal ker garnish karein.
