Ingredients:
-Badam (Almonds) 50g
-Pista (Pistachios) 40g
-Akhrot (Walnut) 40g
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 40g
-Jaifil (Nutmeg) 1
-Olper’s Milk 2 litres
-Olper’s Cream ½ Cup (room temperature)
-Sugar 1 Cup or to taste
-Zafran (Saffron strands) 1 tsp dissolved in 2 tbs milk
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 6-7 tbs
-Chandi ka warq (Edible silver leaves)
-Badam (Almonds) sliced
Directions:
-In a grinder,add almonds,pistachios,walnuts,cashew nuts,nutmeg,grind well & set aside.
-In a large wok,add milk,cream & mix well.
-Add ground nuts & mix well,bring it to boil & cook on low flame for 50-60 minutes or until 40% milk is reduced & mix continuously.
-Add sugar,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens (50-60 minutes) & mix continuously.
-Add dissolved saffron & mix well.
-Gradually add clarified butter,mix continuously & cook on low flame until it leaves the sides of the pot.
-Garnish with edible silver leaves,almonds & serve!

-Large wok mein doodh aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Ground nuts dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad halki ancch per 50-60 minutes ya 40% doodh reh janay tak paka lein & musalsal mix kertay rahein.
-Cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (50-60 minutes) & musalsal mix kertay rahein.
-Dissolved zafran dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka ghee shamil karein,musalsal mix kertay rahein & halki ancch per pot ki sides chornay tak paka lein.
-Chandi ak warq aur badam sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
