Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Boneless chicken cubes 350g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Dried Oregano ¼ tsp
-Lemon juice 2 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Cornflour 4 tbs
-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) 1 & ½ tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp
-Baking powder ½ tsp
-Baking soda 1 pinch
-Sugar powdered 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 2 tsp
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Dry flour
-Cheddar & Mozzarella cheese as required
-Pizza sauce as required
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) as required
-Tamatar (Tomato) as required
-Sweet corn kernels ¼ Cup or as required
-Black olives sliced
-Jalapenos sliced as required
-Dried oregano as required
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed as required
-Water as required
-Paprika powder as required
-Dried oregano as required
Direction:
Prepare Chicken:
-In a pan, add cooking oil, heat it, add chicken, mix well, cook on medium flame until
-Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli crushed, pink salt, black pepper powder, oregano, lemon juice, mix well.
-Cook on medium flame for 1 minute, cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Remove cover, mix well, cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Turn off the flame & let it cool completely.
-In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, corn flour, rice flour, pink salt, baking powder, baking soda, sugar powder, mix well.
-Add cooking oil, mix well until crumbles, add water, mix & knead well until dough is formed.
-Grease dough with a few drops of cooking oil, cover & rest for 30 minutes.
-Place dough on a working surface, knead well until smooth.
-Take 90g dough, make a ball, dust some dry flour & roll out with the help of a rolling pin.
-Place rolled dough on a baking paper, add cheddar & mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, cooked chicken, capsicum, tomato, corns, olives, jalapenos, oregano, red chilli crushed, apply water in corners, (place straw at one side of the rolled dough ensuring the tip reaches center), cover with another rolled dough (80g), gently press the corner.
-Blow through the straw to inflate pizza then quickly slide the straw out & pinch the opening to trap air, you can also use hand pump to inflate the pizza. (Makes: 4-5)
-Place it in a pre-heated dawlance-DW-550 AF microwave oven, & healthy fry at 200 C for 35-40 minutes, at H-9 function.
-Take it out & apply melted butter, sprinkle paprika powder & oregano.
-Cut in desired pieces & serve!

-Ek pan mein cooking oil dalein aur garam karen, chicken dalein aur achi tarah mix karte hue medium aanch par pakaen jab tak color change ho jaye.
-Adrak lehsan paste, crushed lal mirch, pink salt, kali mirch powder, oregano aur lemon juice dalein, achi tarah mix karen.
-Medium aanch par 1 minute pakaen, phir dhak kar halki aanch par 4-5 minutes pakaen.
-Dhakkan hata kar mix karen aur high aanch par pakaen jab tak mixture dry ho jaye.
-Aanch band karen aur poori tarah thanda hone den.
-Ek bowl mein maida, corn flour, rice flour, pink salt, baking powder, baking soda aur cheeni powder dalein, achi tarah mix karen.
-Cooking oil dalein aur mix karen jab tak crumble ban jaye, phir pani dalein aur achi tarah gundh kar dough bana len.
-Dough ko thoda sa oil laga kar grease karen, cover karen aur 30 minutes rest den.
-Dough ko working surface par rakh kar dobara achi tarah gundh kar smooth karlen.
90g dough le kar ball bana len, dry flour chhirak kar rolling pin ki madad se roll karlen.
-Rolled dough ko baking paper par rakhain, cheddar aur mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, cooked chicken, shimla mirch, tamatar, corn, olives, jalapenos, oregano aur crushed lal mirch dalein.
Corners par pani lagaen, ek side par straw rakhain (is tarah ke uska tip center tak pohanch jaye), phir doosra rolled dough (80g) upar rakh kar corners gently press karen.
-Straw se hawa bhar kar pizza ko inflate karen, phir jaldi se straw nikaal kar opening pinch kar den taake hawa andar rahe, aap hand pump bhi use kar sakte hain. (4-5 pizzas ban jayenge)
-Isay pre-heated Dawlance DW-550 AF microwave oven mein rakh kar 200°C par H-9 function ke sath 35-40 minutes ke liye healthy fry karen.
-Nikaal kar melted butter lagaen, paprika powder aur oregano sprinkle karen.
-Apni pasand ke pieces mein cut karen aur serve karen!
