Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) sliced 1 Cup
- Yellow bell pepper sliced 1 Cup
- Thai red chilies 4-5
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) grinded 2 medium
- Chicken strips ½ kg
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
- Sira (Vinegar) 1-2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chili) powder ½ tsp
- Tikka masala 1 & ½ tsp
- Knorr tomato ketchup 2-3 tbs
- Knorr chili garlic sauce 2-3 tbs
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp
- Pani (Water) 2-3 tbs or as required
- Green onion leaves
Directions:
In frying pan,add cooking oil,onion and sauté until translucent.
Add capsicum,yellow bell pepper and mix.
Add thai red chilies and stir fry for 1-2 minutes & take out in a bowl.
In the same frying pan,add cooking oil,grinded tomatoes,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add chicken,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add vinegar,mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Add salt,Kashmiri red chili powder,tikka masala,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add tomato ketchup,chili garlic sauce and mix well.
Add red chili crushed,water and mix well.
Now add sautéed vegetables and give it a good mix.
Add water,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!

Shimla mirch aur yellow bell pepper dal ker mix karein.
Thai red chilies dal dein aur 1-2 minutes kliya stir fry ker lein aur bowl mein nikal lein.
Us he frying pan mein cooking oil,grinded tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Sirka dal ker mix karein aur 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein.
Namak,Kashmiri lal mirch powder aur tikka masala dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Tomato ketchup aur chili garlic sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Lal mirch crushed aur pani dal ker mix ker lein.
Ab sautéed vegetables shamil karein aur mix ker lein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Hara pyaz sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
