Ingredients:
-Sabut moong daal (Green gram whole) 2 Cups
-Chawal (Rice) tota ¼ Cup (soaked for 1 hour)
-Water 1 litre or as required
-Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Hot water 1-2 Cups (if required)
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 8-10
-Lehsan (Garlic) 5-6 cloves
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp
-Podina (Mint leaves) handful
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil ½ Cup
-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
-Tez patta (Bay leaves) 2
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
-Beef mix boti 500g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Water 2 Cups or as required
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a pot,add green lentil whole & dry roast on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
-Add rice,water & mix well,bring it to boil & remove scum.
-Add pink salt,turmeric powder & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until tender (approx. 1 & ½ hour) then mash well.
-Add hot water,mix well & set aside.
-In a blending jar,add green chillies,garlic,cumin seeds,mint leaves,fresh coriander,water,blend well & set aside.
-In a pot,add cooking oil,cinnamon sticks,bay leaves,onion,beef,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder, turmeric powder,pink salt,garam masala powder,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add blended greens & mix well.
-Add water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until tender (approx. 1 & ½ hour)
-Remove bay leaves & cinnamon sticks.
-In daal mixture,add beef with gravy,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Garnish with ginger,fresh coriander & serve!

-Chawal aur pani dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad scum ko remove ker lein.
-Pink salt aur haldi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (approx. 1 & ½ hour) phir ache tarhan mash ker lein.
-Garam pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Blending jar mein hari mirchein,lehsan,zeera,podina,hara dhania aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein cooking oil,darchini,tez patta,pyaz,beef,adrak lehsan paste,dhania powder,haldi powder,pink salt aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Blended greens dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (approx. 1 & ½ hour)

-Tez patta aur darchini ko nikla lein.
-Daal mixture mein beef with gravy dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
