Ingredients:
Prepare Butter Sauce:
-Nurpur Butter salted 30-40g
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Sugar powdered 1 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Fresh parsley chopped 1-2 tbs
Prepare Spicy Wings:
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Mayonnaise 2 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Paprika powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Onion powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Chicken wings with skin 750g
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil
Directions:
Prepare Butter Sauce:
-In a bowl,add butter & microwave for 30 seconds.
-Add paprika powder,sugar,garlic,fresh parsley & mix well.Butter sauce is ready!
Prepare Spicy Wings:
-In a bowl,add tomato paste,mayonnaise,lemon juice,garlic powder,paprika powder,pink salt,onion powder,red chilli crushed,black pepper powder & whisk well.
-Add chicken wings,mix & coat well,cover with cling film & marinate for 30 minutes.
Option # 1: Pan Frying
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken wings & cook on medium flame from both sides until golden.
-Add water,cover & cook on low flame until tender (8-10 minutes) & turn sides in between.
-Now apply prepared butter sauce on both sides,cover & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
Option # 2: Air frying
-In an air fryer basket,place marinated chicken wings,spray cooking oil & air fry at 180C for 5-6 minutes.
-Now apply prepared butter sauce on both sides & air fry again for 4-5 minutes.

-Paprika powder,cheeni,lehsan aur fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Butter sauce tayyar hai.

-Bowl mein tomato paste,mayonnaise,lemon juice,lehsan powder,paprika powder,pink salt,onion powder,lal mirch crushed aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chicken wings dal ker ache tarhan mix aur coat ker lein,cling film sa cover karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Option # 1: Pan Frying
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken wings dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa golden ho janay tak paka lein.
-Pani dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes) & bech mein sides ko change ker lein.
-Ab tayyar butter sauce ko dono sides per laga lein aur dhak ker halkia ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Option # 2: Air frying

-Ab tayyar butter sauce ko dono sides per laga lein aur dubara 4-5 minutes kliya air fry ker lein.
