Fusion Fire Chicken

“Fusion Fire Chicken” Give it a try if you dare!!!! This is our take on Cheese Buldak, as most of the ingredients used in the original recipe are unavailable in Pakistan, we have tried to come up with something very close to the original one and we call it Fusion Fire Chicken.

  • Lal mirch kuti huee (Red chili flakes) 2 tbs
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
  • Adrak paste (Ginger paste) 2 tsp
  • Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbs
  • Hot pepper sauce 1 tbs
  • Shahad (Honey) 3 tbs
  • Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs
  • Chicken boneless (Bite-size cubes) 500 gms
  • Oil 1-2 tbs
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese (Grated) 200 gms
  • Hara pyaz (Green onion) 1 tbs


In bowl,add red chili flakes,paprika powder,red chili powder,black pepper powder,ginger paste,garlic paste,soy sauce, hot pepper sauce,honey and water,mix well.

Add chicken boneless cubes and marinate for 15 minutes.

In frying pan,add oil and chicken,mix well.

Add salt,cover & cook until chicken is done.

Add mozzarella cheese,cover and cook or bake until cheese melts.

Garnish with green onion.
