Ingredients:
- Monsalwa Chicken Seekh kabab 360g (1 pack)
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 medium
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 2 medium
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
- Water ½ Cup or as required
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) rings
Directions:
Cut chicken seekh kabab into two halves & set aside.
In a wok,add cooking oil,seekh kabab & fry on medium flame until golden brown (4-5 minutes) & set aside.
In the same wok,add cooking oil,cumin seeds & mix well.
Add onion,mix well & fry until light golden.
Add ginger garlic paste & mix well.
Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,red chilli crushed,salt,garam masala powder & mix well.
Add tomatoes and mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
Add yogurt & mix well.
Add water & mix well.
Now add chicken seekh kabab,green chillies & mix gently.
Add fresh coriander and mix well,cover & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
Add onion rings & mix gently.
Give a coal smoke for 2 minutes & serve!

Chicken seekh kabab ko do hisson mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein cooking oil aur seekh kabab dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein (4-5 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
Us he karahi mein cooking oil aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur light golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Lal mirch powder,haldi powder,dhania powder,lal mirch crushed,namak aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein.
Dahi shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani dal ker mix karein.
Ab chicken seekh kabab aur hari mirchein dal ker gently mix ker lein.
Hara dhania dal ker mix karein aur dhal ker darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Pyaz rings dal ker gently mix ker lein.
2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein & serve karein!
