Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-Boneless chicken cubes 350g
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 2 tbs
-Tikka masala 1 & ½ tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 medium
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 medium
Prepare Dough:
-Warm water 1 Cup or as required
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 3 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 & ½ Cups
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 2 & ½ tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Pizza sauce as required
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Black olives sliced
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Anda (Egg) whisked 1
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
Directions:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-In a bowl,add chicken,yogurt,tikka masala,cumin powder,pink salt,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste, lemon juice & mix well,cover & marinate for 20 minutes.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken & cook on medium flame until chicken is tender (8-10 minutes) than cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Add fresh coriander,onion,capsicum,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Dough:
-In a bowl,add warm water,caster sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it proof for 5 minutes.
-Add half quantity of all-purpose flour & mix well until gluten forms (2-3 minutes).
-Add remaining quantity of all-purpose flour,pink salt,cooking oil,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Grease the dough with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour at warm place.
-Sprinkle dry flour & knead dough again until smooth.
-Take half dough (350g),sprinkle dry flour & roll out (12 inches) with the help of rolling pin.
-On silicon baking sheet,place rolled dough,add & spread pizza sauce on half side of the dough,add cheddar cheese,chicken filling,black olives,mozzarella cheese & fold the other side over it,press & twist to seal the edges.
-On baking tray,place prepared calzone & with the help of the knife slightly add marks on the surface,apply egg wash & sprinkle red chilli crushed (makes 2).
-Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes (on both grills).

-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per chicken gul janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes) phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Hara dhania,pyaz aur shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Dough:
-Bowl mein warm water,bareek cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 5 minute proof hunay kliya chor dein.
-Maida ki half quantity dal dein aur gluten form ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein (2-3 minutes).
-Maida ki remaining quantity,pink salt aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Dough ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker garam jagha per 1-hour proof hunay kliya rakh dien.
-Maida chirak dein aur dough ko smooth ho janay tak dubara ghond lein.
-Half dough (350g) lein ker maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein (12 inches).
-Silicon baking sheet per rolled dough rakh dein aur ek side per pizza sauce dal ker pheela lein,cheddar cheese,chicken filling,black olives aur mozzarella cheese dal ker ek side ko fold ker lein aur edges ko press & twist ker ka seal ker lein.
-Baking tray per tayyar calzone rakh dein aur knife ki madad sa surface per marks laga lein,anda laga lein aur lal mirch crushed chirak dein (makes 2).
-Preheated oven mein 180°C per 20 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on both grills).
