Extra Crispy Fried Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

-Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups

-Lemon juice 4 tbs

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tbs or to taste

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tbs

-Chicken powder 1 tbs

-Chicken wings with skin 1 kg

-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste

-Onion powder 1 tsp

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Cooking oil for frying

 

Directions:

-In a bowl,add milk,lemon juice & mix well.Buttermilk is ready!

-Add pink salt,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,garlic powder,chicken powder & mix well.

-Add chicken wings & mix well,cover & marinate for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

-Place chicken wings on wire rack.

-In remaining marinade,add egg & mix well.

-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,red chilli powder,onion powder,garlic powder,pink salt & mix well.

-Now coat marinated chicken wings in dry flour mixture then dip in butter milk & again coat in dry flour mixture.

-In a wok,add heat cooking oil (140°C) & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.

-Serve crispy fried wings with fries & sauce!
