Ingredients:
-Mutton kaleji (Liver) 750g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Nurpur butter 3 tbs (40g)
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 large
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2-3 medium
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 4-5
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Nurpur butter
Directions:
-In a bowl,add mutton liver,ginger garlic paste & mix well,cover & let it rest for 10 minutes,wash properly & set aside.
-On a heated griddle,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
-Add onion & mix well.
-Add ginger garlic paste,mix well & sauté until translucent.
-Add mutton liver,mix well & cook on medium flame until it changes color (2-3 minutes).
-Place tomatoes,cover & cook on low flame until tomatoes are soft (4-5 minutes).
-Remove tomato skin & mash them with the help of spoon & mix altogether.
-Add red chilli crushed,coriander seeds,turmeric powder,cumin seeds,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,mix well & cook on medium flame until oil separates (2-3 minutes).
-Add salt & mix well.
-Add green chillies & fresh coriander.
-Add butter & serve!

Directions:
-Bowl mein mutton kaleji aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya chor dein aur ache tarhan dho ker side per rakh dein.
-Garam tawa per cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
-Mutton kaleji dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per color change ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Tamatar dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per tamatar naram ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
-Tamatar ki skin ko remove ker lein aur spoon ki madad ache tarhan mash ker lein phir ek saath mix ker lein.
-Lal mirch crushed,sabut dhania,haldi powder,zeera,lal mirch powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Hari mirchein aur hara dhania dal dein.
-Makhan dal ker serve karein!
