Ingredients:
Prepare Schezwan Chicken Filling:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Chicken qeema (Mince) 300g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Schezwan sauce 5 tbs or to taste
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
-Gajar (Carrot) chopped ½ Cup
-Band gobhi (Cabbage) chopped 1 Cup
Assembling:
-Samosa sheets as required
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2-3 tbs
-Water 1-2 tbs or as required
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 3-4
-Breadcrumbs 1 & ½ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Schezwan Chicken Filling:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken mince,ginger garlic paste & mix well until it changes color.
-Add black pepper powder,pink salt & mix well.
-Add schezwan sauce & mix well.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.
-Add capsicum,carrots,cabbage,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Let it cool.
Assembling:
-Take two samosa sheets,place one samosa sheet horizontally then place second samosa sheet vertically over first one it will make plus (+) sign.
-Add prepared filling (2 tbs) in the center & fold the left side so that it covers the filling.
-In small bowl,add all-purpose flour,water & mix well.
-Apply flour slurry & fold all sides to make box patty.
-Make sure all sides are properly sealed & prepare the remaining similarly (makes 15).
-Now dip prepared box patty into whisked eggs then coat in breadcrumbs.
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month in freezer.
Option # 1: Frying
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
Option # 2: Air Fry
-Spray cooking oil & air fry at 180C for 8-10 minutes.
-Serve with Schezwan sauce!

-Kali mirch powder aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Schezwan sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
-Shimla mirch,gajar aur band gobhi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
Assembling:
-Do samosa sheet lein,ek samosa sheet ko horizontal rakh dein phir dosri samosa sheet vertical rakh dein,plus (+) ka sign bun jaye.
-Tayyar filling (2 tbs) ko center mein dal dein aur upper wali side ko filling ka upper fold ker lein.
-Small bowl mein maida aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Flour slurry laga lein aur tamam sides ko fold ker lein aur box patty bana lein.
-Is baat ka khayal rakhein ka tamam sides ache tarhan seal ho gaye hun aur baqi bhi is he tarhan tayyar ker lein (makes 15).
-Ek bowl mein pheetay hoye anday,chicken powder aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Alag bowl mein breadcrumbs dal dein.
-Ab tayyar box patty ko pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs sa coat ker lein.
-1 month kliya airtight container mein dal ker freezer mein store ker saktay han.
Option # 1: Frying
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam jarein aur darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
Option # 2: Air Fry
-Cooking oil spray karein & 180C per 8-10 minutes kliya air fry ker lein.
-Schezwan sauce ka saath serve karein!
