Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs
-Tandoori masala 2 tbs
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Boneless chicken strips 350g
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) rings 2-3
-Pyaz (Onion) rings 2-3
Prepare Coleslaw:
-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
-Cream ¼ Cup
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tbs
-Band gobhi (Cabbage) finely shredded 1 & ½ Cup
-Gajar (Carrot) grated ½ Cup
Prepare Bread:
-Warm water 1 Cup
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 & ½ tsp
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Milk powder ¼ Cup
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 3 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
Assembling:
-Mayonnaise
-Tomato ketchup
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) stalks
-Kheera (Cucumber)
-Gajar (Carrot)
-Cherry tomatoes
-Soya (Dill)
-Corn kernel boiled
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped
Directions:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-In a frying pan,add yogurt,tandoori masala,kashmiri red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice & mix well.
-Add chicken & mix well.
-Add cooking oil,turn on the flame,mix well & cook on medium flame until chicken is tender (8-10 minutes) then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Let it cool & chop roughly.
-Chop capsicum,onion,chop & mix altogether & set aside.
Prepare Coleslaw:
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,cream,black pepper crushed,pink salt,caster sugar,vinegar & mix well.
-Add cabbage,carrot,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Bread:
-In a bowl,add warm water,instant yeast,caster sugar & mix well,cover & let it proof for 5-8 minutes.
-Add half quantity of all-purpose flour,milk powder,pink salt,cooking oil & mix well until gluten is formed.
-Now add remaining quantity of all-purpose flour,,mix well & knead until dough is formed (10-15 minutes).
-Add cooking oil & knead again.
-Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour or until double in size (warm place).
-Grease hand with cooking oil & knead dough until smooth.
-Place the dough in a greased 8-inch round cake pan & press gently.
-Cover with cling film & let it proof for 30 minutes or until double in size (warm place).
-Remove cling film,spray water on top & bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes (turn on lower grills) & 10 minutes (turn on both grills).
-Take out from oven & remove the bread from baking pan.
-Apply butter,cover with kitchen cloth & let it rest for 15 minutes.
-With the help of the knife,horizontally cut 3 layers of bread.
-On first layer of bread,add & spread prepared coleslaw,prepared chicken filling,mayonnaise,tomato ketchup & than place a second layer of bread.
-Repeat the same process & place a third layer of bread.
-Apply mayonnaise & cover the sides of the bread with mayonnaise & refrigerate for 1 hour.
-Decorate the sides of cake with spring onion stalks,cucumber,carrot,cherry tomatoes,dill & corn kernels.
-Cut into slices & serve!

-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Cooking oil dal dein aur chulha on kernay ka bad ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per chicken gul janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes) phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Thanda ker ka roughly chop ker lein.
-Shimla mirch aur pyaz ko chop ker ka ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Coleslaw:
-Bowl mein mayonnaise,cream,kali mirch crushed,pink salt,bareek cheeni aur sirka dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Band gobhi aur gajar dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Bread:
-Bowl mein warm water,khameer aur bareek cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 5-8 minutes proof hunay kliya chor dein.
-Maida ki half quantity,milk powder,pink salt aur cooking oil dal dein aur gluten form ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Maida ki remaining quantity dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein (10-15 minutes).
-Cooking oil dal ker dubara ghond lein.
-Cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 1 hour or size double ho janay tak garam jagha per rakh dein.
-Haath ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur smooth ho janay tak ghond lein.
-Dough ko greased 8-inch round cake pan mein dal ker gently press ker lein.
-Cling film sa cover karein aur 30 minutes or size double ho janay tak garam jagha per rakh dein.
-Cling film ko remove ker ka water spray ker lein aur preheated oven mein 180°C per 15 minutes (turn on lower grill) & 10 minutes (turn on both grills) kliya bake ker lein.
-Oven sa nikal ker baking pan ko remove ker lein.
-Makhan laga lein aur kitchen towel sa cover ka 15 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Knife ki madad sa horizontally cut 3 layers cut ker lein.
-Bread ki first layer mein tayyar coleslaw dal ker pheela lein,tayyar chicken filling,mayonnaise aur tomato ketchup dal ker bread ki second layer laga dein.
-Yehe same process dubara karein aur bread ki thirs layer laga lein.
-Mayonnaise laga er bread ki tamam sides ko cover ker lein aur 1 hour kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Cake ki sides ko hara pyaz stalks,kheera,gajar,cherry tomatoes,soya & corn kernels sa decorate ker lein.
-Slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
