Cheese Chilli Crispy Omelette

Ingredients:

Prepare Chilli Oil:

-Cooking oil ¼ Cup

-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 2 tbs

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tbs

-Safed til (Sesame seeds) 1 & ½ tsp

-Paprika powder 1 tbs

-Soy sauce 1 tbs

-Cooking oil ½ tsp

-Rice paper 1

-Anday (Eggs) 2

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste

-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped ½ tsp

-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped ¼ Cup

-Cheddar & Mozzarella cheese grated 4 tbs or as required

 

Directions:

Prepare Chilli Oil:

-In a tadka pan,heat cooking oil,add garlic & fry on low flame until light golden & let it rest for a minute.

-In a bowl,add red chilli crushed,sesame seeds,paprika powder,fried garlic with oil,soy sauce & mix well. Chilli oil is ready!

-Grease frying pan with cooking oil,add rice paper & eggs.

-Add black pepper powder,pink salt & whisk well.

-Turn on the flame,add garlic,spring onion,mix cheese,prepared chilli oil,cover & cook on low flame until cheese melts (2 minutes) & serve!
