Ingredients:

-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 3

-Sugar ¼ Cup or to taste

-Custard powder 1 & ½ tbs

-Olper’s Cream ½ Cup

-Condensed milk ½ Cup

-Vanilla essence ½ tsp

-Doodh (Milk) 2 & ½ Cups

-Olper’s Cream chilled 2 Cups

-Icing sugar 2 tbs

-Vanilla essence ½ tsp

-Pound cake

-Banana slices

-Cake crumbs

-Banana slices

-Honey

 

Directions:

-In a saucepan,add egg yolks,sugar,custard powder,cream,condensed milk,vanilla essence,milk & whisk well.

-Turn on the flame,mix continuously & cook on medium flame until it thickens.

-Let it cool while whisking.

-Place bowl on ice bath,add cream & beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes.

-Add icing sugar,vanilla essence & beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.

-Add prepared pudding mixture into whipped cream & fold gently.

-Pour half quantity in a serving dish & spread evenly,add cake pieces,banana slices,add prepared mixture,cake pieces,banana slices & remaining mixture on top.

-Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight.

-Garnish with cake crumbs,banana slices,drizzle honey & serve!

-Traditionally Nilla wafers are used.Substitute can be pound cake, shortbread cookies or butter cookies.
