3 Time Saving Cooking hacks

Ingredients:

Ginger Garlic Paste

  • Adrak (Ginger) peeled & cubed 150 gms
  • Lehsan (Garlic) peeled 250 gms
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbs
  • Oil 1 tsp

Raw Papaya Paste

  • Kacha papita (Raw papaya) 500 gms
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbs

Fried Onion

  • Pyaz (Onion) thinly sliced ½ kg
  • Oil for deep frying

Directions:

Ginger Garlic Paste

Wash & pat dry ginger and garlic properly.

In chopper,add ginger,garlic,salt,oil and chop until well combined.

Add ginger garlic paste in dry & clean jar,add oil & store for up to 8-10 days in refrigerator shelf.

Add ginger garlic paste in ice cube tray and can also be stored up to 1 month in freezer.

Tip:

Don’t put it on refrigerator’s door.

Raw Papaya Paste

Wash & pat dry raw papaya properly,deseed and cut into cubes.

In chopper,add raw papaya cubes,salt,oil and chop until well combined.

Add raw papaya paste in dry & clean jar & store for up to 8-10 days in refrigerator shelf.

Add raw papaya paste in ice cube tray and can also be stored up to 1 month in freezer.

Tip:

Don’t put it on refrigerator’s door.

Fried Onion

In wok,heat oil and fry onion until golden brown.

Spread fried onion on paper towel until drained & crispy.

Transfer fried onion in an air tight container and store the container for up to 2 weeks.
