Ingredients:

-Dalda cooking oil 3 tbs

-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 1 & ½ tsp

-Boneless Chicken cubes 200g

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ¼ tsp

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp

-Chicken powder 1 tsp

-Onion powder ½ tsp

-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ¼ tsp

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Tomato ketchup ¼ Cup

-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs

-Chilli sauce 1 & ½ tbs

-Gajar (Carrot) diced 3-4 tbs

-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) 3-4 tbs

-Band gobhi (Cabbage) half

-Corn kernels boiled 3-4 tbs

-Elbow Pasta 250g (Boiled as per pack’s instructions)

-Pasta water ¼ Cup

-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) green part chopped 2 tbs

 

Direction:

-In a wok, add cooking oil & heat it.

-Add garlic, mix well & fry on medium flame until fragrant.
-Add chicken cubes, mix well & cook on medium flame until it changes color (3-4 minutes).

-Add red chilli crushed, garlic powder, black pepper powder, chicken powder, onion powder, white pepper powder, pink salt & mix well.

-Cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.

-Add tomato ketchup, soy sauce, chilli sauce & mix well.

-Add carrot, capsicum, cabbage, sweet corn kernels, mix well & cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes

-Add boiled pasta & pasta water, mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

-Garnish with spring onion & serve!
