Ingredients:
Prepare Sugar Syrup:

-Sugar 1 Cup

-Water 1 Cup

-Hari elaichi (Green cardamoms) 2-3

-Honey 2 tbs

-Rose water 1 tsp

-Lemon juice ½ tsp

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups

-Cornflour 2 tbs

-Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 tbs

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs

-Milk powder 2 tbs

-Elaichi powder (cardamom powder) ¼ tsp

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste

-Warm water 1 & ½ Cup

-Vanilla essence 1 tsp

-Dalda cooking oil 2 tbs
-Dalda cooking oil (For Frying)

-Til (Sesame seeds)

-Dried rose petals

-Pista (Pistachios)

 

Direction:
Prepare Sugar Syrup:
-In a sauce pan, add sugar, water, green cardamom, turn on the flame, mix well & bring it to a boil, cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

-On low flame, add honey, rose water, lemon juice, mix well, cook for a minute.

-Sugar syrup is ready! transfer it to a bowl & set aside.

-In a bowl, place the sifter, add all-purpose flour, corn flour, yeast, caster sugar, milk powder, green cardamom powder, pink salt, sift well.

-Add warm water gradually, & whisk until well combined.

-Add vanilla essence, cooking oil, whisk well, cover & rest for 1 hour.

-Remove cover mix well with the help of spatula.

-In a wok, add cooking oil, heat it (150 C).

-Add flour batter with hands like balls, fry on low flame until golden while stirring continuously.

-Take out from cooking oil & add in prepared warm sugar syrup, mix well & take out.

-Garnish with sesame seeds, rose petal, pistachios, pour some prepared sugar syrup & serve!
