Ingredients:
Prepare Filling:
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Boneless chicken cubes 300g
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Oyster sauce 1 tsp
-Gajar (Carrot) finely chopped ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) finely chopped ½ Cup
-Water ⅓ Cup or as required
Prepare Dough:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 300g
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 110g (cold)
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Water ¼ Cup
-Anda (Egg) whisked 2 tbs (room temperature)
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Filling:
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,ginger garlic paste & mix well.
-Add onions & sauté until translucent.
-Add tomato paste,mix well & cook on medium flame for a minute.
-Add chicken & mix well until it changes color.
-Add pink salt,red chilli crushed,chicken powder,cumin powder,black pepper powder,soy sauce,oyster sauce,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add carrot,capsicum & mix well.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Let it cool.
-In a chopper,add cooked chicken,chop coarsely & set aside.
Prepare Dough:
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,butter & mix well until it crumbles.
-Add pink salt,milk,water & mix well.
-Add egg & knead until dough is formed then knead for 2-3 minutes,cover & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-Sprinkle dry flour & knead dough again until smooth.
-Sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Cut circles with the help of a cutter (4.5 inches).
-Add chicken filling (2 tbs),apply water in the corners,fold & seal the corners (makes 8).
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden.
-Serve with tomato ketchup!

-Pyaz add karen aur translucent hone tak sauté karen.
-Tomato paste add karen,mix karen aur medium flame par 1 minute cook karen.
-Chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pink salt,lal mirch crushed,chicken powder,zeera powder,kali mirch powder,soy sauce aur oyster sauce dal ker mix karen aur medium flame par 2-3 minutes cook karen.
-Gajar aur Shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker mix karein medium flame par 4-5 minutes cook karen phir high flame par pani dry hone tak cook karen.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Chopper mein cooked chicken dal kar coarsely chop karen & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Dough:
-Bowl mein maida aur makhan daal kar mix karen jab tak crumbly texture na ho jaye.
-Pink salt,doodh aur pani dal ker ache sa mix karein.
-Anda dal dein aur dough knead karen,jab dough ready ho jaye to 2-3 minutes knead karen,cover karen aur 30 minutes ke liye refrigerate karen.
-Dry flour sprinkle karen aur dough ko dobara smooth hone tak knead karen.
-Dry flour sprinkle karen aur rolling pin ki madad se dough ko roll out karen.
-Cutter ki madad se 4.5 inch ke circles cut karen.
-2 tbs chicken filling rakhen,pani lagakar corners fold karen aur seal Karen (makes 8).
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karen aur darmiyani ancch per golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Tomato ketchup ke sath serve karen.
