Ingredients:
- Chakki ka atta (Whole wheat flour) sifted 3 Cups
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Cheeni (Sugar) 1 & ½ tsp
- Baking soda 1 & ½ tsp
- Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup
- Cooking oil 3 tbs
- Neem garam pani (Lukewarm water) ½ Cup or as required
- Cooking oil 1 tsp
Directions:
In bowl,add whole wheat flour,salt,sugar,baking soda,yogurt,cooking oil and mix well.
Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until dough is formed.
Grease hand with oil and knead dough again.
Grease dough with oil,cover and let it rest for 3 hours.
Knead dough again,take a small dough and make a ball,sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin and apply water on naan (makes 4).
Heat griddle,place naan (wet side down) and cook on low flame until the naan bubbles up and browns on the bottom then flip griddle and cook other side directly on the flame until done.

Bowl mein chakki ka atta,namak,cheeni,baking soda,dahi aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
Haatho ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko duara dhond lein.
Dough ko oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 3 hours kliya rakh dein.
Dough ko dubara ghond lein aur chota dough la ler ball bana lein,atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein aur naan ka upper pani laga lein (makes 4).
Tawa garam karein aur naan (wet side down) ko halki ancch per paka lein yahan tak ka bubbles ajayein aur bottom sa brown ho jayein phir tawa ko flip karein aur dosri side ko directly chulay per paka lein.
