Ingredients:

Prepare Chicken Tikka Filling:

-Boneless Chicken Cubes 500g

-Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs

-Tikka masala 1 tbs

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp

-Lemon juice 1 tbs

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs

-Tomato ketchup 1 tbs

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Pyaz (Onion) small diced ½ Cup

-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) small diced ½ Cup

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful

-Mayonnaise 3 tbs

-Koyla (Charcoal)

-Cooking Oil

Prepare Tikka Mayo Sauce

-Mayonnaise ½ Cup

-Tomato ketchup 3 tbs

-Tikka masala ½ tbs

-Hot sauce 1 tbs

-Bread slices 20

-Cheddar cheese slice 20 or as required

-Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheese as required

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed

 

Direction:

Prepare Chicken Tikka Filling:

-In a pan, add chicken, yogurt, tikka masala powder, pink salt, red chilli powder, cumin, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, tomato ketchup, cooking oil & mix well.

-Cover & marinate for 15-30 minutes.

-Turn on the flame. Cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes or until moisture evaporates.

-On low flame, add onion, capsicum, fresh coriander, mayonnaise, mix well & cook on medium flame for a minute.

-Turn off flame.

-Give coal smoke for a min & let it cool completely.

Prepare Tikka Mayo Sauce

-In a bowl, add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, tikka masala, hot sauce, whisk until well combined, tikka mayo sauce is ready. Set aside.

Assembling:

-On a bread slice, spread prepared tikka mayo sauce, add cheddar cheese slice, prepared chicken filling, now pinch the corner to stick it properly.

-Place it in a greased baking pan, squeeze out some tikka mayo sauce, mix cheese, sprinkle some red chilli crushed, cover with cling wrap & store in a freezer for up to 1 month.

-Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 C for 15 minutes.
