  •  Mince Chicken 250 gram
  •  Potatoes Large 5-6
  •  Onion thinly sliced 1
  •  Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
  •  Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
  •  Green chilies paste 1 Tablespoon
  •  Salt To taste
  •  Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  •  Coriander mint leaves as per need
  •  Mozzarella Cheese as per need
  •  Green onion as per need
  •  Tomato thinly sliced 1
  •  Olives 5-6
  •  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  •  Black pepper to taste



Heat oil in a pan and add thinly sliced onion. When onion are brown add mince chicken, ginger garlic paste and green chili paste. Cook for 5-6 minutes,

Add red chili powder and let it cook until chicken is cooked well.

Add chopped coriander and mint leaves

Fry for 2 minutes. Your filling is ready. Set aside to cool.

Potato stuffed:

Half boil potatoes for 10-15 minutes.

Slice tops off of potatoes and scoop the flesh out, leave skin intact.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

Fill potato with salt, butter, mince chicken, green onion, tomatoes. Add cheese on top, garnish with olives, black pepper and bake for 20 minutes.

Qeema stuffed potatoes are ready to serve.
