Ingredients:

  • Olper’s Dairy Cream ½ Cup
  • Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
  • Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
  • Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
  • Tamatar (Tomato) 1 medium
  • Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
  • Mutton boneless cubes ½ kg
  • Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs
  • Adrak (Ginger) crushed 1 tbs
  • Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 2 tbs
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  • eera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
  • Kaju powder (Cashew powder) 2 tbs
  • Water 2 Cups or as required
  • Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
  • heddar cheese grated ¼ Cup
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
  • Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 inch piece
  • Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
  • Adrak (Ginger) julienne

Directions:

In a bowl,add cream,yogurt,milk,whisk well & set aside.

In a chopper,add onion,tomato,chop well & set aside.

In a clay pot,add cooking oil,mutton and mix well until it changes color.

Add garlic,ginger,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add green chilli paste,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add chopped tomato & onion and mix well.

Add salt,cumin seeds,red chilli powder,black pepper powder and cashew powder,mix well and cook until oil separates (2-3 minutes).

Add water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until meat is tender (40-45 minutes).

Add prepared cream mixture & mix well.

Add cardamom powder,garam masala powder,nutmeg powder,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add fresh coriander & mix well.

Add cheddar cheese and mix well,cover & simmer on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

Add black pepper crushed,ginger & mix well.

Garnish with green chilli,fresh coriander,ginger & serve!
