Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken julienne 400g
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Cooking oil for frying
-Chicken yakhni (Chicken stock) 1 Cup
-Tomato ketchup 5 tbs
-Chilli garlic sauce 5 tbs
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Dark soy sauce ½ tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Cornflour ½ tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 2
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced ½ Cup
-Safed til (Sesame seeds) ½ tsp
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped 1 tbs

Directions:
-In a bowl,add chicken,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,garlic powder,white pepper powder,all-purpose flour,cornflour,pink salt,soy sauce,vinegar,egg,mix well & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry marinated chicken on medium flame until golden.
-In a jug,add chicken stock,tomato ketchup,chilli garlic sauce,soy sauce,dark soy sauce,pink salt,red chilli powder,cornflour,black pepper powder,whisk well & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,green chilli,garlic,mix well & cook until light golden.
-Add prepared sauce mixture,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens.
-Add fried chicken & mix well.
-Add capsicum,onion,sesame seeds & mix well.
-Heat sizzling pan,pour chicken & garnish with sesame seeds,spring onion & serve with fried rice.
