Ingredients:
-Water 4 Cups or as required
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs
-Rohu fish 750g
-Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Podina (Mint leaves) 12-14
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 2 tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Kala namak (Black salt) ¼ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Besan (Gram flour) ¾ Cup
-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) ¾ Cup
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) ½ tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Cooking oil for frying
-Chaat masala
Directions:
-In a bowl,add water,vinegar & mix well,add rohu fish & let it rest for 10 minutes then strain & set aside.
-In a spice grinder,add garlic,onion,green chillies,fresh coriander,mint leaves,tamarind pulp,turmeric powder,black salt,red chilli powder,pink salt & blend well.
-In fish,add prepared paste & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a bowl,add gram flour,rice flour,cumin powder,kashmiri red chilli powder,pink salt,carom seeds, coriander powder,chaat masala,black pepper powder & mix well.
-Now coat marinated fish piece & let it rest for 10 minutes.
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil (150°C-160°C) & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
-Sprinkle chaat masala & serve!

Directions:
-Ek bowl mein pani, sirka daal kar mix karein, rohu fish dal ker 10 minutes ke liye rest karne dein phir strain ker ka side per rakh dein.
-Spice grinder mein lehsan, piyaz, hari mirch, hara dhania, podina, imli pulp, haldi powder, kala namak, lal mirch powder aur pink namak daal kar acha blend kar lein.
-Fish mein tayyar paste daal kar mix karein, cover karein aur 30 minutes ke liye marinate kar lein.
-Ek bowl mein besan, rice flour, zeera powder, kashmiri lal mirch powder, pink namak, ajwain, dhania powder, chaat masala aur kali mirch powder daal kar mix karein.
-Ab marinated fish pieces ko is dry mixture se coat karein aur 10 minutes ke liye rest karne dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil (150°C-160°C) garam karein aur fish ko medium flame par fry karein jab tak golden aur crispy ho jaye.
-Upar se chaat masala chhidkein aur serve karein.
