Restaurant Style Chicken Sajji

Ingredients:

-Makhan (Butter) melted 5-6 tbs

-Tomato paste 1 tbs

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs

-Sirka (Vinegar) 2-3 tbs

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tbs or to taste

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tbs

-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs

-Garam masala powder ½ tsp

-Chaat masala 1 tsp

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste

-Whole chicken with skin 1.25 kg

-Lemon juice

-Chaat masala

 

Directions:

-In a bowl,add butter,tomato paste,ginger garlic paste,vinegar,pink salt,black pepper powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,chaat masala,red chilli powder,mix well & set aside.

-In a bowl,add whole chicken & prick with the help of skewer.

-Add prepared marinade & rub evenly,cover with cling film & marinate for 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

-Skew marinated chicken on oven skewer & tie with the help of kitchen thread.

-Bake in preheated oven at 160°C for 1-1.5 hours & apply marinade in between.

-After baking,squeeze lemon juice,sprinkle chaat masala & serve!
