Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 5-6 cloves
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 large
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 3 large
- Chicken qeema (Mince) hand chopped 350g
- Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
- Hot sauce 1 & ½ tbs (optional)
- Palak (Spinach) chopped 1 Cup
- Water 4-5 Cups
- Spiral pasta 350g
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
- Paprika powder ½ tsp (optional)
- Hara pyaz (Green onion leaves) chopped

Directions:
In a pot,add cooking oil,garlic & sauté for 1 minute.
Add onion,mix well and sauté until translucent.
Add tomatoes,mix well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add chicken mince,mix well & cook on medium low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Add salt,black pepper powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder,soy sauce and hot sauce,mix well and cook until oil separates (2-3 minutes).
Add spinach & mix well.
Add water,mix well & bring it to boil.
Add spiral pasta & mix well.
Add salt and mix well,cover & cook on medium flame for 12-15 minutes and stir in between.
Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & cook until cheese melts.
Add paprika powder and green onion leaves,cover & simmer on low flame for 1 minute.
Garnish with paprika powder,green onion leaves & serve!

Pot mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal dein aur ek minute kliya saute karein.
Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Chicken qeema dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Namak,kali mirch powder,zeera powder,lal mirch powder,soy sauce aur hot sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag ho jay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
Palak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Pani dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
Spiral pasta dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Namak dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
Cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker cheese melt hunay tak paka lein.
Paprika powder aur hara pyaz leaves dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per ek minute kliay dum per rakh dein.
