Ingredients:
- Mutton Chops 750 gms
- Coriander powder 1 ¼ tsp
- All spice powder 1 ¼ tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 ¼ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Yogurt 6 tbsp
- Roasted crushed cumin seeds 1 ¼ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Roasted crushed black pepper 1 ¼ tsp
- Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
Directions:
Pound the mutton chops
In a bowl add yogurt and all the other ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture on chops and mix well
Leave for marinating 2-3 hours
Grill:
Add oil and grill chops for 3-4 mins each side or until it’s done.
Serve with Knorr Tomato Ketchup and Knorr Chili Garlic sauce.
Bake:
Preheat oven.
Drizzle oil in a pan, add marinated chops cover with aluminum foil and bake @ 180 degrees for 20-25 mins. Take out pan from oven, flip chops brush with oil/butter and bake without covering in oven for another 10 minutes.
Serve with Knorr Tomato Ketchup and Knorr Chili Garlic sauce.
Ajza:
- Bakray ki chaanpein 750 to 800 gms
- Dhania Powder 1 ¼ tsp
- Garam Masala powder 1 ¼ tsp
- Lal Mirch powder 1 ¼ tsp
- Namak 1 tsp or to taste
- Dahi 6 tbsp
- Bhuna and kuta zeera 1 ¼ tsp
- Adrak lehsun ka paste 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Bhuni kuti kali mirch 1 ¼ tsp
- Dar chini ka powder ½ tsp
Directions:
Chaanpon ko halka sa kut lein
Bowl main dahi aur baqi tamam ajza ko milein aur is main chaanpein shamil karke haathon se mix karelin.
2-3 ghanton ke liye chhor dein.
Grill :
Grill pe oil daalen, chanpon ko dono side 3-4 minute ya pak jane tak fry kalian.

Bake:
Oven 180 degrees pe preheat kar lain.
Baking pan main oil drizzle Karen, chaanpain shamil karke bakia marination daal den. Aluminium foil se cover karke 180 degree pe for 20-25 mins bake karain. Chanpain nikal ke palat den aur dobara 10 minutes bake karlain. Cover na karen.
