Ingredients:
Marination:
- Sirka (Vinegar) ½ cup
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chili) Chopped 1 tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chili) Crushed ½ tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
- Brown sugar 2 tsp
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- -Boneless Fish 6-8 pieces
- Oil ¼ cup
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Marinated fish
- Pyaz (Onion) Round slices 1 large
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) Deseeded slices 2
- Jalapeno ½ Cup
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
- Parsley or Hara dhania (Green coriander)
- Cornflour ½ tsp
Directions:
In bowl,add vinegar,ginger garlic paste,salt,black pepper powder,green chili (chopped),red chili crushed,cumin powder,brown sugar and dried oregano.
Add boneless fish, give it a good mix and marinate for 1 hour.
In pan, add oil and butter, add marinated fish pieces and fry from both sides.
Now spread onion (round slices), tomato (slices), jalapenos and garlic (chopped).
Cover and steam cook for 8-10 minutes or until done.
Now add parsley or green coriander on top.
Add corn flour in remaining vinegar and spices and mix well.
In a small saucepan add vinegar marination and cook until sauce thickens.
Drizzle spicy vinegar sauce over fried fish.
Mexican spicy fish is ready.

Boneless fish dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1 hour kliya marinate ker lein.
Pan mein oil aur makhan dal ker marinated fish shamil karein aur dono sides sa fry ker lein.
Ab is mein onion (round slices), tamatar (slices), jalapenos aur lehsan (chopped) dal dein.
Dhak ker 8-10 minute ya pak janay tak steam cook ker lein.
Ab is mein parsley or hara dhania shamil karein.
Corn flour ko remaining vinegar aur spices mein dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Small sauce pan mein vinegar marination dal ker sauce garha hunay tak paka lein.
Fried fish ka upper spicy vinegar sauce drizzle karein.
