Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) fried 30g
-Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6
-Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup
-Cooking oil ¼ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) diced 1 medium
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) diced 1 medium
-Beef qeema (Mince) hand chopped 500g
-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 1 tbs
-Tomato puree 2 medium
-Himalayn pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ½ tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
-In a jug,add fried onion,yogurt,green chillies,cream,blend well & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,onion,capsicum & sauté for a minute & set aside.
-In same cooking oil,add beef mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add ginger garlic crushed,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add tomato puree,pink salt,red chili crushed,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,mix well & cook on medium flame until oil separates.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-On low flame,add blended mixture,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes,cover & cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes.
-Add dried fenugreek leaves,black pepper crushed,lemon juice & mix well.
-Add sautéed onion,capsicum,fresh coriander & mix well.
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

-Jug mein fried pya,dahi,hari mirchein aur cream dal kar ache tarhan blend kar lein & side par rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil,pyaz aur Shimla mirch dal ker ek minute kliya sauté karein & side par rakh dein.
-Usi cooking oil mein beef qeema dal kar achi tarah mix karein jab tak color change ho jaye.
-Ab ismein adrak lehsan crushed dal kar 4-5 minutes kliya darmiyani ancch per paka lein.
-Tomato puree,pink salt,lal mirch crushed,zeera,sabut dhania,haldi powder aur garam masala powder dal kar achi tarah mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
-Pani dal kar mix karein aur dhak kar 10-15 minutes low flame par pakaayein phir flame high kar ke pani dry hone tak bhun lein.
-Ab low flame per blended mixture dal kar mix karein,2-3 minutes medium flame par pakaayein phir dhak kar 6-8 minutes darmiyani ancch per paka lein.
-Kasuri methi,kali mirch crushed aur lemon juice dal kar ache sa mix karein.
-Sautéed pyaz,Shimla mirch aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara dhania se garnish ker ka serve karein!
