Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 4-5 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Aalo (Potatoes) small ½ kg (cut in half)
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tbs
-Haldi powder (turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.
-Add onion,mix well & sauté until light golden.
-Add cumin seeds & mix well.
-Add potatoes & mix well.
-Add pink salt,coriander seeds,turmeric powder,kashmiri red chilli powder,red chilli crushed,green chilli,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until potatoes are tender (8-10 minutes).Check & stir in between.
-Add lemon juice,fresh coriander & mix well.
-Sprinkle fresh coriander & serve!

-Karahi mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur light golden ho janay tak sauté ker lein.
-Zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Aalo dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pink salt,sabut dhania,haldi powder,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,lal mirch crushed aur hara mirch dal ker mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per aalo gul janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).Bech bech mein check aur stir ker lein.
-Lemon juice aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara dhania dal ker serve karein!
