Ingredients:

-Boneless chicken small cubes 150g

-Tikka masala ½ tbs or to taste

-Lemon juice 1 tsp

-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs

-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tsp

-Mayonnaise ½ Cup

-Cream cheese 3 tbs

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp

-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp

-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1/3 Cup

-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped 1/3 Cup

-Kheera (Cucumber) deseeded & chopped 1/3 Cup

-Corn kernels boiled ¼ Cup

-Kharay (Puff pastry biscuits) as required

-Tomato ketchup

-Salad patta (Salad leaf)

 

Directions:

-In a bowl,add chicken,tikka masala,lemon juice & mix well.

-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger,mix well & sauté for a minute.

-Add seasoned chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up & set aside.

-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,cream cheese,black pepper powder,pink salt,red chilli crushed & mix well.

-Add onion,tomato,cucumber,corn kernels,cooked chicken,mix well & set aside.

-Separate puff pastry biscuit from the center.

-Add tomato ketchup on both sides,place salad leaf on one side,add prepared filling & flip the other side of puff pastry biscuit & serve (makes 18-20).
