Ingredients:

-Cooking oil 1/3 Cup

-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2

-Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1

-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3

-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tbs

-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 4-5 medium (250g)

-Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) 6-8

-Beef qeema (Mince) hand chopped & washed 600g

-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 1 & ½ tbs

-Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 3 medium

-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 & ½ tbs

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste

-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp

-Garam masala powder 1 tsp

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs

-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 3-4

-Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1-inch piece

-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tbs

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs

-Adrak (Ginger) julienne

 

Directions:

-In a wok,add cooking oil,cinnamon sticks,star anise,green cardamom,black cardamom,cumin seeds, onion & sauté until translucent.

-Add dried red chillies,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.

-Add beef mince,ginger garlic crushed & mix well on medium flame until it changes color (2-3 minutes).

-Add tomatoes,coriander seeds,pink salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,fresh coriander & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 30-35 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.

-Add yogurt,green chillies,ginger & mix well.

-Add dried fenugreek leaves,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.

-Add fresh coriander & mix well.

-Garnish with ginger & serve!
