Ingredients:

  • Cooking oil ½ Cup
  • Camel boneless meat 750 gms (with fat)
  • Hari mirch (Green chilli) 5-6
  • Laung (Cloves) 7-8
  • Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1
  • Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 inch piece
  • Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 8-10 slices
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tbs
  • Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
  • Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
  • Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
  • Pani (Water) 2 Cups or as required
  • Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 large
  • Tamatar (Tomatoes) cubes 2 medium
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
  • Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 3/4 Cup
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
  • Hari mirch (Green chili)
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:

In pressure cooker,add cooking oil,camel boneless meat,green chillies,cloves,cinnamon stick and mix well until changes color.

Add ginger,garlic,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,coriander seeds and salt,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add water,onion,tomato,mix well and bring it to boil,cover and cook on medium flame for 30-40 minutes or until meat is tender.

Take out in wok,add red chili powder,garam masala powder,black pepper crushed and yogurt,mix well and cook on high flame until oil separates.

Add green chilli and mix.

Garnish with fresh coriander,green chilli & serve!
