Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
- Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Chawal (Rice) boiled with salt 2 cups
- Fresh Parsley chopped ½ cup
- Dried Rosemary 1 tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Hara pyaz (Spring onion) green chopped 2 tbs
- Chicken powder 1 tbs
- Soy sauce ½ tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tbs
- Fresh Parsley chopped
- Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped
- Lemon wedges
Directions:
Prepare Herb rice:
In a wok add cooking oil, whisked eggs & cook until done, mix well, break eggs with spoon, set aside & reserve for later use.
In same wok add cooking oil, garlic & sauté for a minute.
Add boiled rice & mix well.
Add fresh parsley, dried rosemary, black pepper crushed, spring onion green, prepared omelet, mix well.
Add chicken powder, soy sauce, vinegar & mix well.
Sprinkle fresh parsley, spring onion leaves from top & serve.

Aik karahi may oil daal kar phentay huye anday daalen or achi tarah pakayen, mix kar k tor len or nikal kar alag rakh den.
Usi karahi may oil daal kar lehsan daalen or 1 minute tak sauté karen.
Ab ublay huye chawal daal ka achi tarah milayen.
Fresh parsley, dried rosemary, kali mirch crushed, hara pyaz or tayar omelet daal kar achi tarah milayen.
Chicken powder, soy sauce or sirka daal kar achi tarah milayen.
Fresh parsley, hara pyaz or lemon wedges rakh kar serve karen.
