Ingredients:
Prepare Chimichurri Sauce:
-Fresh parsley 1 Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 8-10
-Dried oregano 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Olive oil ¼ Cup or as required
-Sirka (Vinegar) 3 tbs
Prepare Fry Beef Boti:
-Beef undercut 750g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 2 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice ½ tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tsp
-Cooking oil ¼ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 Large
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tsp
-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
-Mashed potato
-Chaat masala
Directions:
Prepare Chimichurri Sauce:
-In a chopper,add fresh parsley,garlic,dried oregano & chop well.
-Take out in a bowl,add pink salt,black pepper powder,red chilli crushed,olive oil,vinegar & mix well.Chimichurri sauce is ready!
Prepare Fry Beef Boti:
-In a bowl,add beef,ginger garlic paste,raw papaya paste,pink salt,lemon juice & mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour.
-Add yogurt,red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,black pepper powder,green chilli paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder & mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour.
-In a wok,add cookig oil,onion & fry on medium flame until golden.
-Add marinated beef,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes,cover & cook on low flame for 30 minutes then cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add lemon juice,fresh coriander & mix well.
-Give coal smoke for 2 minutes.
-In a serving dish,add mashed potato,chimichurri sauce,fry beef boti,chimichurri sauce,chaat masala & serve!

-Bowl mein nikal ker pink salt,kali mirch powder,lal mirch crushed,olive oil aur sirka dal kar ache se mix karein.Chimichurri sauce tayyar hai!
Prepare Fry Beef Boti:
-Ek bowl mein beef,adrak lehsan paste,kacha papita paste,pink salt aur lemon juice dal kar ache se mix karein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya marinate ker lein.
-Phir dahi,lal mirch powder,dhania powder,zeera powder,kali mirch powder,hari mirch paste aur Kashmiri lal mirch powder dal kar
kar ache se mix karein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya marinate ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal kar medium flame par golden brown hone tak fry karein.
-Marinated beef dal kar ache se mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya darmiyani ancch per paka lein,dhak dein aur halki ancch per 30 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Lemon juice aur hara dhania dal kar mix karein.
-2 minute kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
-Serving dish mein mashed potato,chimichurri sauce,fry beef boti,chimichurri sauce aur chaat masala dal ker serve karein.
