Ingredients:
Prepare Mixed Berries Sauce:
-Mixed berries 250g (Frozen)
-Water ¾ Cup
-Sugar 4-5 tbs
-Cornflour ½ tbs
Prepare Biscuit Pudding Layer:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 liter
-Sugar ½ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
-Cornflour 3 tbs
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Olper’s cream ¾ Cup
-Lady finger biscuits or pound cake cubes 100g
Prepare White Chocolate & Pistachio Ganache:
-White chocolate 150g
-Olper’s cream ½ Cup
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 2 tbs
Assembling:
-Pista (Pistachio)
-Fresh Cherries
-Lady finger biscuits
Direction:
Prepare Mixed Berries Sauce:
-In a saucepan, add mixed frozen berries, water, and blend well with the help of a hand blender.
-Add sugar, cornflour, whisk well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes or until thickened.
-Turn on the flame, take it out, mixed berries sauce is ready! Let it cool down completely.
Prepare Biscuit Pudding Layer:
-In a wok, add milk, sugar, all-purpose flour, cornflour, vanilla essence & whisk well.
-Turn on flame, Cook on medium flame while stirring continuously until it thickens.
-Take out & let it cool down completely, add cream, mix well, pudding is ready, set aside.
-Broke lady finger biscuits into small pieces & fold gently in pudding.
Prepare White Chocolate & Pistachio Ganache:
-In a bowl, add white chocolate, cream & microwave for 30-60 seconds, check in between.
-Add pistachios, mix well & set aside.
Assembling:
-In a flat bowl, add biscuit pudding layer (half quantity), spread it in the bowl, add prepared mixed berries sauce, make another layer of pudding, add white chocolate & pistachio ganache, spread it & refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
-Take it out of the fridge, garnish with pistachios, fresh cherries, & lady finger biscuits & serve!

Cheeni aur cornflour dalein, whisk karen aur medium aanch par 4-5 minutes pakaen ya jab tak mixture thick ho jaye.
Aanch band karen, sauce ko nikaal len. Mixed berries sauce ready hai, ise mukammal thanda hone den.
Prepare Biscuit Pudding Layer:
Ek wok mein doodh, cheeni, maida, cornflour aur vanilla essence dalein aur achi tarah whisk karen.
Aanch on karen aur medium aanch par continuously stir karte hue pakaen jab tak mixture thick ho jaye.
Mixture ko nikaal kar mukammal thanda hone den.
Cream dalein aur mix karen. Pudding ready hai, side par rakh den.
Lady finger biscuits ko chhote pieces mein tod len aur pudding mein gently fold kar den.
Prepare White Chocolate & Pistachio Ganache:
Ek bowl mein white chocolate aur cream dalein aur 30-60 seconds ke liye microwave karen, beech beech mein check karte rahen.
Pista dalein aur mix kar len. Side par rakh den.
Assembling:
Ek flat bowl mein biscuit pudding layer ki aadhi quantity dalein aur evenly spread kar den.
Prepared mixed berries sauce ki layer banaen.
Baaki pudding ki doosri layer dalein.
White chocolate aur pistachio ganache dalein aur evenly spread kar den.
3-4 ghante ke liye refrigerator mein rakh den.
Fridge se nikaal kar pista, fresh cherries aur lady finger biscuits se garnish karen aur serve Karen.
