Grapes Chicken

A very unique recipe we all loved. Definitely an unusual combo but with an equally great taste as well. Give this fusion a try and you would not regret it. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion

Ingredients:

  • Grapes 1 & ½ Cup
  • Water 3-4 tbs or as required
  • Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
  • Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 & ½ tsp
  • Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tsp
  • Cooking oil 2 tbs
  • Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
  • Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
  • Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
  • Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 8-9
  • Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & cubes 1 large
  • Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 large
  • Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 large
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Soy sauce 1 tbs
  • Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tbs
  • Cornflour 1 & ½ tsp
  • Water ½ Cup or as required
  • Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped

Directions:

In grinder,add grapes,water and grind well then strain & set aside juice for later use and also reserve skin & flesh for later use.

In a bowl,add chicken,salt,black pepper powder,garlic powder,soy sauce,vinegar & mix well.

Add reserved skin & flesh,mix well & marinate for 10-15 minutes.

In a frying pan,add cooking oil & marinated chicken cubes,cover & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes or until light golden & keep turn sides in between and set aside.

In a wok,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.

Add garlic & mix well.

Add button red chillies,mix well and fry garlic until golden.

Now add fried chicken,mix well and cook for a minute.

Add tomato,onion,capsicum & mix well.

Add salt,soy sauce,vinegar & mix well.

Now add reserved strained grapes juice,mix well & bring it to boil.

In cornflour,add water and mix well.

Add dissolve cornflour,mix continuously & cook until sauce is thick.

Garnish with green onion leaves & serve with fried rice!
