Ingredients:
-Water ¾ Cup
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 tbs
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1 room temperature
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 3 tbs or to taste
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
-Doodh (Milk) warm ¼ Cup
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 & ½ Cups
-Milk powder 3 tbs
-Blue band margarine 35g
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Anda (Egg) whisked 1
-Cooking oil for frying
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar)
Directions:
-In a mixing bowl,add water,instant yeast,caster sugar & mix well,cover & let it bloom for 5-10 minutes.
-Add egg,caster sugar,pink salt,milk,vanilla essence & whisk well.
-Add all-purpose flour & milk powder.
-Place bowl in kneading machine,use dough hook attachment & knead at slow speed for 3-4 minutes,gradually increase speed to medium until dough is formed (8-10 minutes) & scrap the sides in between.
-Add margarine & knead on medium speed until smooth dough is formed (3-4 minutes).
-Grease dough with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour at warm place.
-Sprinkle dry flour & knead dough again until smooth,divide the dough in half,take one part,sprinkle dry flour & roll out in rectangular shape (5mm thickness).
-Cut strips with the help of the cutter (15”x1.3” strips).
-Apply egg wash & fold in pinwheel shape,place on baking paper,cover with kitchen towel & let it proof for 30 minutes.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil (140°C) & fry on low flame until golden & coat properly from all sides with caster sugar (makes 12).

Directions:
-Ek mixing bowl mein pani,khameer aur bareek cheeni dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker 5-10 minutes kliye bloom hone dein.
-Anda,bareek cheeni,pink salt,doodh ar vanilla essence dal kar achi tarah whisk karein.
-Maida aur milk powder add karein.
-Bowl ko kneading machine mein rakhain,dough hook attachment laga lein aur slow speed par 3-4 minutes knead karein. Phir speed ko dheere dheere medium par le aayein aur 8-10 minutes tak dough banne tak knead karein (beech beech mein sides scrap karte rahein).
-Margarine dal dein aur 3-4 minutes medium speed par knead karein jab tak dough bilkul smooth na ho jaye.
-Dough ko halka sa cooking oil se grease karein,cover ker ka 1 ghanta warm jagah par proof hone ke liye rakh dein.
-Ab dry flour chirak kar dough ko dobara smooth knead karein,do hisso mein divide karein,ek hissa lein, dry flour chirak kar rectangle shape mein roll karein (5mm thickness).
-Ab cutter ki madad se strips cut karein (15”x1.3” strips).
-Strips par egg wash lagayein,pinwheel shape mein fold karein aur baking paper par rakh dein,cover karke 30 minutes proof hone dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein (140°C) aur halki ancch per golden ho janay tak fry ker lein aur bareek cheeni mein ache tarhan coat ker lein (makes 12).
