Ingredients:

-Khajoor (Dates) deseeded 10-12

-Bhunay chanay (Roasted grams) 2 tbs

-Badam (Almonds) 10-12

-Olper’s Milk 1 Cup

-Olper's Milk 1 Litre

-Sugar 2 tbs or as required

-Custard Powder 1 & ½ tbs

-Olpers Milk ¼ Cup

-Tukhme balanga (Basil Seeds) soaked 2 tbs

-Ice crushed

-Pista (Pistachios) sliced

 

Direction:

-In a bowl add dates, roasted chickpeas, almonds, and milk.

-Dip them well in milk.

-Soak for 1 hour.

-Add soaked ingredients in a blender and blend well until smooth, set aside.

-In a wok add milk, bring it to boil.

-Stir with spatula, add dates mixture, mix well.

-Add sugar and mix well.

-Cook on medium flame until starts boiling.

-In a bowl add custard powder, and milk, then mix well.

-Add custard mixture in boiling date milk.

-Cook for 2-3 mins on low flame or until milk becomes slightly thick.

-In a serving jug add soaked basil seeds, ice cubes, dates sharbat. Then mix well.

-Serve chill, garnished with pistachios, & date.
