Ingredients:
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) 2 large
-Pyaz (Onion) 2 medium
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
-Mongphali (Peanuts) roasted & chopped 2 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 cloves
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) julienne 2
-Curry patta (Curry leaves) 10-12
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Safed til (Sesame seeds) 1 & ½ tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 & ½ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-Deseed capsicum,cut into julienne & cut onion into half-moon slices.
-In a bowl,add capsicum,onion,red chilli crushed,pink salt,turmeric powder,garam masala powder, kashmiri red chilli powder,peanuts,lemon juice & mix well.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,green chillies,curry leaves,cumin seeds,sesame seeds,mix well & fry until fragrant.
-Add onion & capsicum mixture,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Turn off the flame & let it cool down a bit (2-3 minutes).
-Add yogurt,fresh coriander & mix well.
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve with chapati!

Directions:
-Shimla mirch ke beej nikal kar julienne cut karein aur pyaz ko half-moon slices mein cut ker lein.
-Ek bowl mein shimla mirch,pyaz,lal mirch crushed,pink salt,haldi powder,garam masala powder, kashmiri lal mirch powder,mongphali aur lemon juice dal kar achi tarah mix karein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil,lehsan,hari mirch,curry patta,zeera aur safed til dal ke mix karein aur khushbu anay tak fry karein.
-Pyaz aur Shimla mirch ka mixture dal kar achi tarah mix karein aur darmiyani ancch par 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Ab flame band karein aur 2-3 minutes thanda hone dein.
-Dahi aur hara dhania dal kar ache sa mix karein.
-Hara dhania se garnish karein aur chapati ke saath serve karein.
