  • Olive oil 3 tbs
  • Lehsan (Garlic chopped 1 tbs
  • Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
  • Palak (Spinach) chopped 300g
  • Yakhni (Stock) ¼ Cup
  • Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
  • Olper’s dairy cream 200ml (room temperature)
  • Anday (Eggs) 4-5
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed
  • Cheddar cheese grated
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped


In cast iron frying pan,add olive oil,garlic and mix well.

Add onion and sauté for a minute.

Add spinach,mix well and sauté until spinach is wilted (2-3 minutes).

Add stock,salt,red chilli crushed and black pepper crushed,mix well and cook until water is reduced  (3-4 minutes).

Add Olper’s cream,mix well and cook until cream is thickened (3-4 minutes).

Add eggs,one by one then add black pepper crushed,chedder cheese and fresh coriander,cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes & serve!
