Ingredients:
Prepare Lachha Paratha:
-Atta (Dry flour) as required
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1-2 tbs (for frying)
Prepare Creamy Lassi:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 500g
-Olper’s Cream 1 Cup
-Bareek Cheeni (Caster Sugar) 3-4 tbs
-Himalayan Pink Salt 1 pinch or to taste
-Ice Cubes as required
Directions:
Prepare Lachha Paratha:
-Take 130g of rolled dough, make a ball and place on cutting board.
-Add dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Add oil/clarified butter, spread on roti, add dry flour.
-Fold to make layers of paratha.
-Fold and make round, spread with hand. Sprinkle some dry flour, flip it, add more dry flour, and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Take a griddle, heat it.
-Add paratha and fry on medium flame from both sides with clarified butter until golden.
Prepare Creamy Lassi:
-In a pot, add yogurt, cream,caster sugar and pink salt and mix well using churner.
-Add ice cubes generously & mix again.
-Add fresh cream & serve paratha with fresh homemade butter with jaggery.

-130g rolled dough lein, usay ball bana kar cutting board par rakh dein.
-Dry flour dalain aur bail len.
-Oil ya ghee lagain aur roti par achi tarah phaila dein, phir dry flour dubara dalain.
-Paratha ki layers banane ke liye fold karain.
-Isay dobara fold karke gol shape mein banaein, haath se halka sa spread karain. Thora sa dry flour dal kar flip karein aur phir dry flour laga kar bail len.
-Tawa lein aur use garam karein.
-Paratha tawa par dal kar medium flame par ghee ke saath fry karein jab tak golden na ho jaye.
Prepare Creamy Lassi:
-Ek pot mein yogurt, cream, bareek sugar aur pink salt dal kar madhani se ache se mix karein.
-Ice cubes add karein aur phir dobara mix karein.
-Fresh cream dal dein aur paratha ko homemade butter aur gur ka saath serve karein.
