Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken
-Chicken Fillet 250g
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 1 & ½ tbs
-Spaghetti 250g (boiled 70% with salt)
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 120g
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 5-6 cloves
-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 small
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Lemon zest 1 & ½ tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Dijon Mustard 1 & ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Fresh parsley (chopped) as required
-Hara pyaz (Spring Onion) Leaves chopped
Direction:
Prepare Chicken:
-Cut chicken into 2 fillets, add lemon juice, paprika powder, pink salt, garlic powder, black pepper powder, on chicken fillet. (both sides) rub well.
-Marinate for 10-15 minutes.
-In a pan, add cooking oil & heat it.
-Add marinated chicken fillet, cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes from both sides.
-Place cooked chicken on a cutting board & let it rest for a minute, cut into cubes & set aside.
-Boil spaghetti with salt until 70% done & take out 1 cup of pasta water for later use.
-Strain the spaghetti & set aside.
-In a pan, add cooking oil, butter & let it melt.
-Add garlic, onion, mix well, sauté on medium flame for 2 minutes or until translucent.
-Add red chilli crushed, black pepper powder, pink salt, lemon zest, paprika powder, Dijon mustard paste, lemon juice, mix well, cook on medium flame for a minute.
-Add pasta water (5-6 tbs), whisk for 2-3 minutes.
-Add boiled spaghetti, mix well, add cooked chicken cubes, mix well.
-Garnish with fresh parsley & serve!

-Chicken ko 2 fillets mein cut karlen, lemon juice, paprika powder, pink salt, garlic powder aur black pepper powder chicken fillet par (dono sides) dalein aur achi tarah rub karlen.
-10-15 minutes ke liye marinate karne den
-Pan mein cooking oil dalein aur garam karlen.
-Marinated chicken fillet dalein aur low flame par dono sides se 4-5 minutes tak cook karlen.
-Cooked chicken ko cutting board par nikaal kar 1 minute rest karne den, phir cubes mein cut karlen aur side par rakh den.
-Spaghetti ko namak ke sath 70% tak boil karlen aur baad mein istemal ke liye 1 cup pasta water nikaal kar rakh len.
-Spaghetti strain karlen aur side par rakh den.
-Pan mein cooking oil aur butter dalein aur melt hone den.
-Garlic aur onion dalein, mix karen aur medium flame par 2 minutes tak ya translucent hone tak sauté karlen.
-Red chilli crushed, black pepper powder, pink salt, lemon zest, paprika powder, Dijon mustard paste aur lemon juice dalein, mix karen aur medium flame par 1 minute cook karlen.
-Pasta water (5-6 tbs) dalein aur 2-3 minutes tak whisk karen.
-Boiled spaghetti dalein aur achi tarah mix karlen, phir cooked chicken cubes dalein aur dobara mix karlen.
-Fresh parsley se garnish karen aur serve karen!
