Chinese Style Tikka & Butter Fried Rice

Ingredients:

-Cooking oil 1 tsp

-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Makhan (Butter) 40g

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs

-Chawal (Rice) boiled 2 Cups

-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped handful

-Chicken tikka 4 pieces

-Soy sauce 2 tbs

-Chilli sauce 2 tbs

-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs

-Hot sauce 2 tbs

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs

-Tomato ketchup 2 tbs

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) powder ½ tsp

-Zeera (Cumin) powder 1 tsp

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) powder 1 tsp or to taste

-Cooking oil 2 tbs

-Water ¼ Cup or as required

-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke

 

Direction:

-In a wok,add cooking oil,whisked eggs,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes & set aside.

-In a wok,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.

-Add garlic & fry until golden.

-Add boiled rice,white pepper pwoder,pink salt,black pepper,mix well & cook for a minute.

-Add spring onion leaves,crumbled eggs & give it a good mix.

-Make deep cuts on chicken with the help of knife & prick with fork.

-In a bowl,add soy sauce,chilli sauce,vinegar,hot sauce,ginger garlic paste,tomato ketchup,pink salt, coriander powder,black pepper powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder & mix well.

-Add chicken pieces & coat well,cover with cling film & marinate for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

-In a wok,add cooking oil,marinated chicken with marinade,water,cover & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes then flip,cover & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes (check in between).

-Give coal smoke for 2 minutes.

-Serve chicken tikka with egg fried rice.
