Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
- Beef qeema (Mince) 400g
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp roasted & crushed
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Fresh parsley chopped 2-3 tbs
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
- Anday (Eggs) 2
- Cooking oil ¼ Cup
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Mon Salwa Plain Paratha 10
- Kalay & safed til (Black & white sesame seed)
Directions:
In frying pan,add cooking oil,onion and mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add beef mince and mix well until it changes color,cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Add black pepper powder,salt,cumin seeds & paprika powder,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add fresh parsley and mix well.
Let it cool.
In a bowl,add yogurt,eggs,cooking oil and salt,whisk well & set aside.
On 10” round baking dish with prepared egg & yogurt mixture (2 tbs),spread evenly & set aside.
On clean working surface,sprinkle dry flour and plain paratha and stretch to make a square shape, brush egg & yogurt mixture and add cooked mince (2-3 tbs) and roll into tube.
Place on prepared baking dish,shape the tube into a coil and place the roll on an baking dish,repeat and placing finished rolls up against one another to keep them from unrolling.
Add remaining egg & yogurt mixture,spread evenly and sprinkle black & white sesame seeds.
Bake in preheated oven at 170 C for 20 minutes (both grills on).

Kali mirch powder,namal,zeera aur paprika powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Fresh pars;ey dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Bowl mein dahi,anday,cooking oil aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
10” round baking dish mein tayyar egg & yogurt mixture (2 tbs) dal ker evenly peela lein & side per rakh dein.
Clean working surface per maida chirak dein aur plain paratha rakh ker stretch ker ka square shape bana lein,egg & yogurt mixture ko brush ki madad sa laga lein aur cooked qeema (2-3 tbs) daldein aur roll ker ka tube bana lein.
Tayyar baking dish mein tube ko rakh ker coil ki shape bana lein aur is he tarhan tamam rolls ko baking dish mein rakhtay jayein.
Remaining egg & yogurt mixture dal ker evenly pheela lein aur kalay & safed til chirak dein.
Preheated oven mein 170 C per 20 minutes kliya bake ker lein (both grills on).
