Ingredients:
Prepare Caramel Sauce:
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 Cup
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 60g
-Cream 120ml
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Digestive biscuits 160g
-Candyland Paradise Chocolate 3-4 bars
-Whipping cream 250ml
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Sugar powder ¼ Cup
-Cream cheese 150g
Assembling
-Whipped cream
-Caramel sauce
-Digestive Biscuits crushed
-Candyland Paradise chocolate
Direction:
Prepare Caramel Sauce:
-In a pan add caster sugar, cook on low flame until sugar caramelizes.
-Add butter, mix well & let it melt. Turn off the flame.
-Add cream, pink salt, vanilla essence, turn the flame on low, whisk until well combined. Caramel Sauce is ready! Set aside.
-In a chopper, add digestive biscuits, chop well & set aside
Prepare Paradise Cream Layer:
-Cut chocolate into small pieces.
-In a bowl, add whipping cream, beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
-Add vanilla essence, sugar powder, cream cheese, beat for 3-4 minutes or until soft peaks forms.
-Add chocolate chunks & mix well, paradise frosting is ready, set aside.
Assembling:
-In a serving bowl, make layer of chopped biscuits, caramel sauce, banana slices, paradise frosting, chopped biscuits, caramel sauce, banana slices, paradise frosting.
-Garnish with whipped cream, caramel sauce, biscuit crumbs, paradise chocolate & serve!

-Butter dalein, achi tarah mix karein aur melt hone dein. Flame band kar dein.
-Cream, pink salt aur vanilla essence dalein, phir se low flame on karein aur whisk karein jab tak sab kuch achi tarah combine ho jaye. Caramel sauce tayyar hai, side par rakh dein.
-Ek chopper mein digestive biscuits dalein, achi tarah chop kar lein aur side par rakh dein.

-Chocolate ko chote pieces mein cut kar lein.
-Ek bowl mein whipping cream dalein aur medium speed par 2 minutes beat kar lein.
-Vanilla essence, sugar powder aur cream cheese dalein, 3-4 minutes tak beat kar lein ya jab tak soft peaks ban jayein.
-Chocolate chunks dalein aur achi tarah mix kar lein. Paradise frosting tayyar hai, side par rakh dein.

-Phir dobara chopped biscuits, caramel sauce, banana slices aur paradise frosting ki layer lagayein.
