Restaurant Style Babar Pasta

Ingredients:

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp

-Lemon juice 1 tbs

-Cooking oil 1 tsp

-Paprika powder 1 tsp

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Dried oregano 1 tsp   

-Chicken fillets 350g 

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Salami slices 6-8

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Cooking oil 1 & ½ tbs

-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs 

-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium

-Thai red chillies sliced 2-3

-Sun-dried tomatoes chopped ¼ Cup  

-Tomato paste 2 tbs  

-Chicken yakhni (Stock) ½ Cup   

-Cream 1 Cup   

-Dried basil leaves ½ tsp

-Paprika powder 1 tsp

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Dried oregano 1 tsp

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp 

-Spaghetti boiled as per pack’s instruction 250g

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

 

Directions:

-In a bowl,add ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,cooking oil,paprika powder,black pepper crushed,pink salt,dried oregano & mix well.  

-Add chicken fillets,mix & coat well,cover & marinate for 10 minutes.  

-Cut salami into pieces.

-In frying pan,add cooking oil & fry salami on medium flame until golden & crispy.  

-In the same frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated fillets & cook from both sides until done (5-6 minutes each side).

-Let it rest for few minutes then cut into slices & set aside.

-In a wok,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.

-Add garlic,onion,thai red chillies,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.

-Add sun-dried tomatoes & mix well.  

-Add tomato paste & mix well.  

-Add chicken stock,turn off the flame,add cream,dried basil leaves,paprika powder,black pepper crushed,pink salt,dried oregano,red chilli crushed,turn on the flame,mix well & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.  

-Add spaghetti,fresh coriander & mix well.

-In a serving dish,add spaghetti,chicken fillet,fried salami,fresh coriander & serve!
